Shipping and Delivery

MACURA is committed to delivering the products in the quantities and on the date(s) specified in this Order, Timely delivery of the products is of the essence. Buyer has the right to claim and return any products delivered prior to the Delivery Date. Buyer may terminate the purchase contract by written notice against any losses, claims, or damages.

Refund Policy
In the event there is any claim for/ of charge back by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach MAUCRA with his/ her claim details. Such refund (if any) shall be affected by MACURA in the original payment method or via payment gateway or any other means as the Company deems appropriate.

Due to new tariff implementations, pricing fluctuates and is not guaranteed until the order is placed and confirmed by the customer.

All COVID-19-related items are non-returnable & non-refundable. No credits will be issued. All sales are final.
